In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise. Understanding these terms will help you navigate your rights and obligations as a luk91 player clearly and without ambiguity.

• Each person is permitted to hold only one (1) luk91 Account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited.

luk91 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any stage of the registration process or during account operation. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your luk91 Account credentials, including your username, password, and OTP verification codes. luk91 will never ask you to share your password via any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. If you receive any communication purporting to be from luk91 requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent.

• You must enable SMS OTP two-factor authentication on your Account. luk91 supports OTP delivery via all major Pakistani mobile networks — Jazz, Zong, Telenor, and Ufone.
• You must notify luk91 support immediately if you believe your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party.
• luk91 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate credential security.
• All session data transmitted between your device and the luk91 platform is encrypted using TLS (Transport Layer Security) protocol to protect your personal and financial information in transit.
• luk91 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence (EDD) on Accounts exhibiting unusual activity patterns, large transaction volumes, or suspected policy violations.

As part of our KYC obligations under international gaming compliance standards, luk91 may require you to submit copies of a valid government-issued CNIC or passport, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing your first withdrawal or when triggered by risk-based checks. Documents must be legible, unaltered, and submitted via the secure upload facility within your Account settings.

luk91 processes all financial transactions exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees. The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals, subject to individual method limits and processing times:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit on the same Account, subject to KYC verification being complete.
• luk91 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above threshold limits.

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion:

• All bonus offers are available to players aged 21 and above only. Age verification must be completed before any bonus funds are released for wagering or withdrawal.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Wallet and cannot be withdrawn directly. Winnings generated from Bonus Funds may become withdrawable once applicable wagering requirements are met.

All bets placed on luk91 sports betting markets and all wagers made on luk91 casino games are subject to the specific game rules and betting rules applicable to each product. The following general rules apply across all luk91 gaming services:

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. luk91 does not intervene in, adjust, or influence game outcomes in any way.
• Live casino games are streamed from professionally regulated studio environments. The dealing and shuffling procedures observable in the live stream are the final determinant of game outcomes.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change up until the point a bet is accepted and confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are final and binding.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the luk91 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of Account balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one luk91 Account, or registering on behalf of another person without their express written consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments for deposits.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any transaction designed to obscure the source of funds.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or any artificial means to interact with luk91 games or betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploit exploitation are void and will be recovered.

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account at any time. Increases to deposit limits take effect after a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period. Decreases take effect immediately.
• Self-exclusion requests can be submitted for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During self-exclusion, the Account is suspended and the player cannot register a new Account on luk91.
• Players who wish to take a short break may use the Cooling-Off feature to temporarily suspend Account access for 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days without formal self-exclusion.

• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any nature, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or reputational harm.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit luk91's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited. luk91's total aggregate liability to any player under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

luk91 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, luk91 will notify registered players via email or platform notification at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the luk91 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

• You may terminate your luk91 Account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your Account (net of any Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified payment method.
• luk91 may suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without notice, in cases of suspected fraud, policy violation, KYC failure, regulatory requirement, or any circumstance that luk91 reasonably determines poses a risk to the platform or other players.
• Termination of your Account does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to termination, including pending withdrawal requests and outstanding wagering requirement commitments.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming compliance standards. In the event of a dispute between you and luk91, the following process applies:

• You must first raise the dispute with luk91's customer support team via the platform's live chat or by emailing [email protected]. luk91 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 10 business days.
• If the dispute cannot be resolved at the first support level, it will be escalated to luk91's compliance team for formal review. You will be notified of the escalation and provided a case reference number.
• luk91's decision on disputed game outcomes, technical errors, and bonus eligibility is final where that decision is supported by server-side data logs, RNG certification records, or betting market audit trails.
• Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution of any dispute before initiating any formal legal proceedings. luk91 is committed to fair, transparent, and timely dispute resolution for all Pakistani players.
